What services do you offer?
We offer a full suite of web development services, including web development, web design, domain and hosting setup and management, search engine optimization, accessibility compliance, and basic website security services.
How much will my website cost?
Website cost will vary significantly based on the complexity of the site that you want built. During the contracting phase of our project process, we will assess your requirements and present an offer for the completion of your requested work. How long will it take to complete my website?
The time it takes to complete your website will vary dramatically based on your requirements. For example, if you want a fully custom site, SWS to provide all content and media, and third party integrations, then the project may require more than 100 hours of work. If you just need a simple site coded in Squarespace and can provide the website media and content, the project may require as little as 20 hours. Can you provide examples of your previous work?
We value our clients' privacy. That's why we give our clients the option of leaving a review and ask for permission to release their information upon request to those seeking real-world examples of our professional work. Do you offer website maintenance and support after the project is completed?
Absolutely! We always strive to develop long-term relationships with our clients. This is why we offer long term support for our websites, including site changes, migration, rebranding, and any other requirements that may arise. Please note that the specifics of your long term support plan will be tailored to suit your specific needs and budget, and they will be outlined during the contracting phase of our project process.
Will my website be mobile-friendly and responsive?
Yes! All of our websites are fully responsive for all common device screen sizes.

Do I need to provide the pictures and other content for my site, or can SWS do that?
We are flexible. While the ideal is for you, the client, to provide all website content ahead of time, we know that may not always be possible. For this reason, we are happy to help create the verbiage and source the media for your website if required.
How do you ensure the security of my website?
Our three options, Squarespace, WordPress, and React, each come with their own security considerations. With a heavily managed solution like Squarespace, security is handled largely by the service provider (Squarespace), so there is not as much to do on the developer's end. With an intermediate solution like WordPress, it is vital that plugins be properly vetted, and that all required updated be be completed regularly. For a custom site coded in React, we limit the site's capabilities to brochure sites only (no database). With this comprehensive strategy in mind, we can ensure that no matter which option you choose, your data will be secure.
Will I have full ownership of the website after it is completed?
Yes! You own all content associated with projects completed by SWS. For further details, see the Master Service Agreement that is provided to you during the contracting phase of our project process or the Terms and Conditions page.
Do you provide training on how to manage the website?
It depends. If you choose the most flexible coding approach (React), then you would have to actually learn to code in order to manage the website. But if you choose to use a Content Management System like WordPress or a site builder like Squarespace, then we can certainly provide site management training.
What is your policy on revisions and changes during the project?
Once we have a contract agreed upon, significant changes to the project will require us to move back to the contracting phase of our project process and for us to amend the original contract. Please note that this will typically include billable hours.
Can you help with setting up email accounts and services?
Yes! We are flexible with our services and can certainly help with tasks like this.
Can you integrate social media with my website?
Yes! Standard social media integrations are within our wheelhouse.
What is your refund policy if I am not satisfied with the work?
Generally, we do not offer refunds for services provided except in exceptional circumstances. This policy ensures clarity and consistency in our business operations and protects our investment of time and resources into each project. Refunds may be issued solely at the discretion of the Contractor in exceptional circumstances.
Can you create a website that supports multiple languages?
We can! Please note that this will require that translations be provided; we do not provide translation services.
